For Individuals

Therapy sessions are focused on helping you attain the healing and change you seek. I'll support you in the important work of gaining insight into yourself and your issues, and exploring effective ways to approach life's challenges. As we work together toward your goals, you may decide that including interventions such as EMDR or guided imagery will help you in your journey. Most importantly, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.

In the warm and supportive environment of the therapeutic relationship you can:

- Find relief from symptoms of depression or anxiety;
- Safely address the pain caused by memories of traumatic events;
- Change obsessive-compulsive behaviors that are interfering with your life;
- Explore longstanding issues related to your childhood and family of origin;
- Find your voice and build a healthy sense of self-esteem;
- Honor and process feelings of grief related to losses you've experienced;
- Feel more empowered to make work and career-related changes;
- Tap into inner resources to get "unstuck" and move through difficult life transitions;
- Learn skills like assertiveness to control your anger, so that it doesn't control you.
